 以下這幾幅相是每位潛水員最不想見到的場面。新年假期有一班香港潛水員到菲律賓Philippines潛水時於淺水海面發現有條年幼鯨鯊(就是鄭依健幫WWF拍宣揚海洋保育那種魚，它是海洋最大種魚類，成年可長12米，重二十噸。但品性惇良，大嘴無牙，專吃浮游生物，絕不襲擊人)，其後將它救起，竟發現它的魚鰭全部被割走(等同將它的手手腳腳全部割斷)，其後它就慢慢流血離開了海洋。

魚鰭就是中國人認為最珍貴的魚翅，但其實魚翅本身沒有味道，全靠高湯的鮮味。現在全球每年捕殺一億條鯊魚，鯊魚繁殖緩慢。如果繼續大量捕殺下去，衹會使鯊魚絕種，破壞海洋生態鏈。而且鯊魚身處海洋生物鏈頂層，生平吃了很多其他魚類，體內積聚不少水銀和重金屬，故魚翅含水銀，不宜多吃。

奇怪地每個人並沒多說話,可能大家心情己找不到合適形容….小小生命(5m-6m長)

等待著大海把它帶走,可能要待上幾天, 上天才伸出憐憫之手.

不能等了,我們做了殺鯨兇手…….

看見它(上岸)後, 頭部動了幾次…..十分鐘後再動……十多分鐘後再動……..

二十分鐘後再動….血水在傷囗慢慢流出, 這景像一世永印在我心中.

四十分鐘後,它再沒游動. 沒有魚之骨架.. 再沒法擺動原本在身上, 將來可能在桌上魚 ….

一切回復平靜, 可能它尚有一點氣息, 可能真的解脫還要更長時間, 只是再沒氣力了…….

我們只可等政府人員到場交待事件.

真的有需要食魚翅嗎? 一世它的影像都會在我腦海..

今次係我第二次親眼見到鯨鯊，但今次係極度唔開心同心痛，

眼光光只可以見鯨鯊BB所有魚鯕冇晒，慢慢在極度殘忍，痛苦中流鮮血等死

{求生不得、求死不能}，自己感受到好羞恥，決定以後唔再食 魚翅 ……

太晚睡觉等于自杀（献给爱熬夜的年轻朋友）

沉重的话题： 一个97级的名校高才生，毕业后进微软的，上月死了，只不过25岁的黄金年龄，珍视自己的生命吧，大家。

对了，又听到一个悲伤的消息。广告界的好青年，又挂了一人了。此人是联旭的，是业务还是设计我也搞不清楚。前几天在连续加班后的某晚，回家睡觉后第二天就叫不醒，挂了。

奇怪的是，约二个月前，也是联旭的一位女生业务，也是这样，不过她是离职后第二天，还是第几天，睡一觉就起不来了。医生说是猝死，推测是过劳。总之，这些天九点联旭就全部关灯，大家都不加班了。大家要好好保重身体呢。

那几人之前没有发生任何的迹象：原本一向身体健康，时常运动(打篮球) ，但在近日连续熬夜数晚，经过数日后，突然第二天起床会觉得很疲劳！一闭眼就想睡觉！(跟前一日熬夜的感觉不同)，而且会腰酸背痛，但一到晚上精神又好起来！别以为这是小事！根据中医的看法，是因过劳而造成体内器官阴阳失调，就是体内器官起内讧，互相打架，最后造成器官衰竭而死，所以希望你不是下一个！

晚上9 – 11点，为免疫系统（淋巴）排毒时间，此段时间应安静或听音乐

晚间11 – 凌晨1点，肝的排毒，需在熟睡中进行。

凌晨1 – 3点，胆的排毒，亦同。

凌晨3 – 5点，肺的排毒。此即为何咳嗽的人在这段时间咳得最剧烈， 因排毒动作已走到肺；不应用止咳药，以免抑制废积物的排除。

凌晨5 – 7点，大肠的排毒，应上厕所排便。

早上7 – 9点，小肠大量吸收营养的时段，应吃早餐。疗病者最好早吃，在6点半前，养生者在7点半前， 不吃早餐者应改变习惯，即使拖到9 – 10点吃都比不吃好。

9∶00 适合打针、手术、做体检等。此时人体气血活跃，大脑皮层兴奋，痛感降低。

10∶00 – 11∶00 属于人体的第一个黄金时段。心脏充分发挥其功能，精力充沛，不会感到疲劳。

12∶00 紧张工作一上午后，需要休息。

12∶00 – 13∶00 是最佳”子午觉”时间。不宜疲劳作战，最好躺着休息半小时至一小时。

14∶00 反应迟钝。易有昏昏欲睡之感，人体应激能力降低。

15∶00 午饭营养吸收后逐渐被输送到全身，工作能力开始恢复。

15∶00 – 17∶00 为人体第二个黄金时段。最适宜开会、公关、接待重要客人。

16∶00 血糖开始升高，有虚火者此时表现明显。阳虚、肺结核等患者的脸部最红。

17∶00 工作效率达到午后时间的最高值，也适宜进行体育锻炼。

18∶00 人体敏感度下降，痛觉随之再度降低。

19∶00 最易发生争吵。此时是人体血压波动的晚高峰，人们的情绪最不稳定。

20∶00 人体进入第三个黄金阶段。记忆力最强，大脑反应异常迅速。

20∶00 – 21∶00 适合做作业、阅读、创作、锻炼等。

22∶00 适合梳洗。呼吸开始减慢，体温逐渐下降。最好在十点半泡脚后上床，能很快入睡。

23∶00 阳气微弱，人体功能下降，开始逐渐进入深度睡眠，一天的疲劳开始缓解。

24∶00 气血处于一天中的最低值，除了休息，不宜进行任何活动。

Bank ATM ‘ s Converted to Steal IDs of Bank Customers

A team of organized criminals are installing equipment on legitimate bank ATM’s in at least 2 regions to steal both the ATM card number and the PIN . The team sits nearby in a car receiving the information transmitted wirelessly over weekends and evenings from equipment they install on the front of the ATM (see photos) . If you see an attachment like this, do not use the ATM and report it immediately to the bank using the phone on the front of the ATM .

The equipment used to capture your ATM card number and PIN are cleverly disguised to look like normal ATM equipment . A ‘ skimmer ‘ is mounted to the front of the normal ATM card slot that reads the ATM card number and transm its it to the criminals sitting in a nearby car.. At the same time, a wireless camera is disguised to look like a leaflet holder and is mounted in a position to view ATM PIN entries.

The thieves copy the cards and use the PIN numbers to withdraw thousands from many accounts in a very short time directly from the bank ATM .

SO this is the picture how they cheat / got your number and password -

Put a ‘fake’ sensor and got the number scan in their data – save your data -

definitely look like ‘main’ ATM – Nothing Different , right ?

Secondly , put a hidden camera – very small ‘chip’ -

And Done -

So , reader and friend – Watch Out – when u go ATM withdraw your money .

Make sure there is hidden camera and the ‘fake’ scanner —-
